The wording of questions is extremely important for conducting the forensic building and technical expertise.

  

The list of questions, which can be resolved with the help ofbuilding and technical expertise,is as follows:

  

1) What is the actual (replacement/residual) value [the object is indicated] at the time of conducting the examination [or other period]?

2) What is the cost of design work in construction, reconstruction (expansion/repair) [the object is indicated]?

3) What is the total cost of construction (reconstruction/expansion/repair) [the object is indicated] for a period [the date is indicated]?

5) Does the design and estimate documentation meet the requirements of normative documentsin force in Ukraine in the field of construction [if necessary,to determine a different period; the period is indicated]?

6)Do the actual objects and the cost of completed construction works [the object is indicated]meet theinformation of design and estimates documentation,acts of performed works?

7)What is a technical condition of the object or engineering communications [the address is indicated]?

8) Does the object suitable [the address is indicated] for exploitation?

10) What is the reason of the emergency ofengineering communications, constructions, building elements and structures [the address is indicated]?

12) Does the quality of construction works meet the requirements of normative documents?

13) Is there a causal link between deviations from the requirements of normative documents [the period is indicated], projects, technologies for construction works [the object is indicated] and the quality of works performed?
